Founded in 2004, Integrity Carpet Care, LLC provides comprehensive cleaning, property restoration, and biohazard removal services.
A. Yes! In addition to workers compensation insurance, we carry a $1 million liability policy.
A. Usually, we can provide next-day service. And in the case of an emergency, of course, we will respond immediately.
A. That’s your call. You’re welcome to be there while we work, or you can give us access and we’ll lock up when we’re done.
A. Yes! We can send a cleaning crew to your home or office every week, every month, or whenever your property needs a little extra attention.
A. That depends on the circumstances. In low-traffic areas without pets or children, having your carpets cleaned every two years should suffice. However, in commercial spaces or homes with a lot going on, you may want to call us a couple of times a year.
A. No, we clean each upholstered piece by hand.
Restoration & Biohazard Questions
A. Report the damage to your insurance company, and then call Integrity Carpet Care, LLC. Our restoration experts are equipped to remove water-, soot-, and smoke-damaged materials and to clean up the mess — and we can even handle any necessary renovations.
A. You can, but we don’t recommend it. Mold removal can be tricky, and you could help it spread if you don’t know what you’re doing. Our experienced professionals will mitigate the problem without making it worse.
A. Unfortunately, traumas often result in blood and bodily fluids, which are considered biohazards. That means that contact or improper cleaning can lead to contamination, infection or illness.
